Charles L. King Passed Away
Charles L. King, 64, retired trucker, route 1, Freeport passed away early Tuesday
morning at Butterworth hospital, Grand Rapids, where he was hospitalized four days.

A native of Bowne township, he was the son of Royal and Minnie King and was a
lifelong resident of the Kent county area.

Surviving are his wife Frances; one daughter; Mrs. Robert (Dolores) Aspinall of
Freeport; three sons, Lloyd of Freeport, Donald of Rockford and Robert of Lowell; eight 
grandchildren; his mother Mrs. Minnie King of Freeport; and three brothers, Vernon
of Orleans, Elwin and Elmer of Ionia.

Mr. King reposes at the Pickens funeral Chapel at Clarksville.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 at the Bowne Mennonite church with
burial in the Bowne Mennonite cemetery. Rev. Daniel Zook and Rev. T E. Schrock will officiate.
