Ionia Sentinel Standard, Mon., Sept. 25, 1989
LAKE ODESSA - Kevin Lee King, 17, of Lake Odessa, died Sept. 23.

He was born the son of Walter and Janet L. (Piercefield) King on March 14, 1972 
in Ionia.

He was a senior at Ionia High School and was a member of the varsity baseball 
and football teams.  He was on the Ionia Youth Bowling League and the school Ski 
Club. He was an umpire in the Ionia Little League in which he had been a player 
for years. He had worked at the Ionia McDonald's during the summer and was a 
stagehand at the Ionia Free Fair.

He is survived by his mother of Lake Odessa, his father of Tuscon Ariz, one 
brother and several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Arrangements by Myers Memorial Chapel in Ionia. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery, 
Muir.
