The death of Frank King occurred at his residence in the south part of the city
at 11 a.m. Monday from typhoid fever.  He was only sick about two weeks and it
was a great surprise to many that he should succumb so quick to disease being
quite an athlete in physical make up.  He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan W. King
and left also several brothers.  He has resided her off and on for quite a
number of years.  Brief services were held at the house Wednesday morning by
Rev. Staley and the burial was at Saranac.  He left a widow to whom he had been
married upward of two years.  He would have been 23 years old the 29th of this
month.
