Sentinel-Std. - Wednesday, June 7, 1978

SARANAC- Iva Mae King, 74, of 8075 Jackson road, Saranac, died Tuesday morning 
at Kent Community hospital.

She was born in Benzie county March 7, 1902, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
Lester Conklin.

Originally from the Flint area, she was a member of West Berlin Wesleyan church.

Survivors include her husband; five brothers, Ernest Conklin of Owosso, Ralph, 
Guy and Raymond Conklin of Grand Rapids and Roy Conklin of Grand Rapids; one 
sister, Mrs. Vera Ethel of Grand Rapids and two grandchildren, Michael and 
Michelle Wilcox of Saranac.

Services are Friday at 1:30 pm from the West Berlin Wesleyan church with Rev. 
Barker officiating.

Burial is in Winchester cemetery in Grand Rapids.

The family will receive friends and relatives at the Roetmen-Lake funeral home 
in Saranac, Wednesday 7 to 8:30 pm and Thursday 1 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 pm.
