Ionia sentinel - Sept 9, 1936
The death of Mrs. Victoria Kinney occurred at her home in Grand Rapids Tuesday 
afternoon, September 8, at 3 o’clock, following a short illness.  She leaves 
her husband, Glenn; three children, Patricia, James and Jack, at at home; and 
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Gott, of Ionia.  Funeral services will be 
held at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gott, 1056 W. Main Street, 
in Ionia, Thursday afternoon, September 10 at 3 o’clock with Rev. Arthur 
DeVries officiating.  Interment will be at the Woodard Lake Cemetery.

Ionia Sentinel:  Friday, September 11, 1936:
The funeral services for Mrs. Victoria Kinney of Grand Rapids were held 
Thursday afternoon, September 10 at 3 o’clock at the home of her parents, Mr. 
and Mrs. F. W. Gott, 1056 West Main Street, with Rev. Arthur DeVries 
officiating.  Burial was in Woodard Lake Cemetery.  Pall bearers were:  Walter 
Yeomans, Maurice Yeomans, Guy Gott, Judd Gott of Detroit, E. J. Lucas of Flint 
and Ernest Young.

Those attending from out of town were:  Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gott, Mrs. Edna Hunt 
and Miss Ethel Hunt of Crystal Lake; George and Mable Little of Mt. Pleasant; 
Mr. and Mrs. George Vogt and Mrs. Lloyd Sandford of Lansing, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. 
Lucas of Flint, Mr. and Mrs. Judd Gott of Detroit, Mrs. Lillian Montgomery, 
Mrs. Anna Norris, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McGrath, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Higley, Mrs. 
Ernest Sandro, Mrs. Marjory Nolan, Mrs. Lulu Scott, Mrs. Roger Plant, and Mrs. 
Thelma Walker of Grand Rapids.
