The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, August 22, 1938

Morris Kirby died at his home in Palo Sunday afternoon, August 21, at 4 
o’clock at the age of 74.  He is survived by his wife and a sister, Mrs. Ellen 
Smith of Carson City.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, August 23, at 2 o’clock at 
the Palo Methodist church with the Rev. Broxholm, pastor, officiating.  
Interment will be in North Plains cemetery.
