The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Saturday, August 12, 1961
Mrs. Edna Mae Kirby, 83, died Saturday at her home in Saranac.  She was born 
in Keene township April 25, 1878.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Amy Simmons; 
three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.  Service will be at Morris 
funeral home Monday at 2:30 p.m.  The Rev. Howard Bull will officiate and 
burial will be at Saranac cemetery.
