Ionia Sentinel Standard, 27 May 1966

A former Lyons-Muir farmer, Henry Kirkham, 79, died Thursday at Seminole nursing
home in Pontiac.  Mr. Kirkham, who had also lived in Pewamo, has been for the
past two years in hospitals and the nursing home.

Surviving are his wife, Flora, a daughter, Mrs. Frances Dunn of Birmingham; a
son, Donald of Ionia; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Shay of Belleview and Mrs. Marie
Esposito of Los Angeles, Calif., seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren,
and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Estep funeral home in Muir with burial in
Edmore cemetery.  Rev. Gerald Headlund will officiate.  Bearers will be Tony
Theis, Leo Esch, Ray Frechen, Fred McConnell, Roy Ferris and Norman Ferris.
