The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Friday, August 14, 1953

Mrs. Laura I. Kirsheman, 67, died Thursday afternoon, August 13, at her home 
on 233 Adams street after being ill since Sunday.  Mrs. Kirsheman was born 
Feb. 27, 1886 in Kitchener, Ontario, the daughter of George and Isabella 
Deppisch.  She had lived in Ionia since 1930 and she was married in 1931 to 
Frank Kirsheman, who died in 1950.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Walter Bellinger of Windsor, Ontario; Mrs. 
Aurella Steen of Kitchener, Ontario, and Mrs. Irene Brewer of Glenview, Ill.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Boynton funeral home with 
the Rev. George Rentschler officiating.
