Sentinel-Std. - Tuesday, Aug. 31, 1993

MUIR- James Edward Kistler, 76, formerly of the Muir and Lyons area, died 
Friday in Savanna, Georgia.

He was born August 5, 1917, in Muir, the son of Clyde and Katherine Kelley 
Kistler. He attended S.S. Peter and Paul's Academy.

He owned and operated the Hatch and Baker Hardware in Lyons and later became a 
car salesman.

He is survived by one son, Michael of Saranac; and three daughters, Sharon 
Gorobbell of Savanna, Sue Birzgaliz of Heartland, and Sara Kistler of 
Clearwater, Fla. 

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir.

Burial will be in Muir Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
