Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. October 25, 1956

MRS. JOHN KLAHN DIE DWEDNESDAY
Mrs. John Klahn, 92, passed away Wednesday forenoon at Pennock Hospital where 
she had been a patient for bout six weeks and had been cared for at the 
Greenfield Convalescent Home in Hastings for several months prior to that time.

Mrs. Klahn had been a lifelong resident of this area and resided west of town on 
their farm for many years before moving to their home on Sixth Avenue several 
years ago.

Mr.Klahn passed away in 1947.
 
Surviving are one daughter; Mrs. Vernon (Gladys) Koutz of Lake Odessa; three 
sons, Arthur of Lansing, Altona and Ernest of Lake Odessa, six grandchildren and 
nine great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Klahn reposes at the Pickens Funeral Chapel. Funeral arrangements are not 
completed.
