Joyce E. Klein, 60, of Beverly Hills, Fla., and formerly of Saranac, died March
25.  She was born in Grand Rapids on April 17, 1928, the daughter of Lewis and
Fay (Baldwin) Stanton.  Klein, who was a long-time member of the Saranac Village
Council, married Ted Klein on February 28, 1952, in Ionia.

Besides her husband, Klein’s mother, Fay, also survives her as do two sons: Ron
Puffpaff of Dearborn and Gary Puffpaff of North Carolina; and one daughter,
Terri Rakosky of Illinois.  Seven grandchildren also survive her.  Funeral
services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church,
with the Rev. Thomas Boufford officiating.  Cremation has taken place.  The
family will receive visitors on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Lake
Funeral Home in Saranac.
