Lincoln, at five o’clock Wednesday morning, June 4. He had been ill for about four years. Born in Ionia, August 6, 1875, the son of Martin and Catherine Klenk, he had spent his entire life here, where for the past 19 years he had been employed at Hale’s Mill. Surviving are his widow, Mary, five sons and three daughters, Osmond, of Santa Barbara, Calif., Leo of Scottville, Charles of Saginaw, Gerald of Detroit, and Harold of Ionia; Mrs. Robert Gebhart, Mrs. Edwin Thelen and Mrs. Rollie Letts, Ionia; a half-sister and brother, Mrs. Catherine Feeney of Washington and John Klenk of Ionia, and several grandchildren. A son, Vernon, was killed in action in Germany in 1944. Services will be at two o’clock Friday afternoon from Myers Funeral Home. Father John S. Fons will officiate and burial will be in Mt.
