  Excerpts from Ionia Obituary

     Barbara Jean Kline

Died December 12, 2024-age 97 of Dimondale, Michigan.
Born November 22, 1937 in Lyons,MI daughter of Ray & Lucille Bennett.
Graduated from Lyons High School in 1955.
Married Richard Kline in 1976 & together raised three sons, Gary,Chris & Greg.
For over 38 years, Barbara was a devoted member of Grace Bible Baptist 
Fellowship in Lansing,MI. 
She took Joy in the faith & community, her creativity in painting, gardening, & 
cooking.
Barbara & Richard's family included 37 children that they provided foster care 
for.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard, their sons, Gary 
(Janeen),Chris(Susan) & Greg, & their 11 grandchildren,Chad(Monica),Ashley, 
Jordan(Courtney,Bethany(Paul),Abbie, Hannah(Kyle) Morgan, Olivia, 
Danelle(Nate),Justin(Sofia) & Devon & 16 great-grandchildren.
Also her sisters Fran & Vicki & sisters-in-law, Arlene & Bonnie Bennett.
Preceded in death by her parents & her siblings Sonny, Charles,Karen & Jim. 
A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday January 4, 2025 at Grace Bible 
Baptist Fellowship, 6121 S. Waverly Rd, in Lansing,MI.
Visitation will be at 10:00a.m.,service at 11:00 a.m. followed by a luncheon at 
the Church.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is available in Barbara's honor.
Gifts may be directed & addressed to Grace Bible Baptist Fellowship in 
Lansing,MI.
