Mrs. Edna B. Klingman, 84, of 891 Sixth avenue died unexpectedly at her home 
early Friday afternoon. 

Born in Odessa township August 17, 1890, she was the daughter of Freeman and 
Lois Gillett Bever.  June 5, 1912, she was married in Detroit to Vernon L. 
Klingman and he died November 21, 1972.  She lived in Detroit three years and 
in Lansing 13 years before moving to the Lake Odessa area in 1926 and was a 
resident there 46 years.

She was a member of the First Congregational church of Lake Odessa, and the 
Women’s fellowship of the church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Yvonne Heidrick and a son, Elwood, both of Lake 
Odessa; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Pickens-Koops funeral 
chapel in Lake Odessa Rev. Gary Evans will officiate and interment will be at 
Lakeside cemetery.
