Lake Odessa Wave - March 24, 1982
          MRS. RUBY M. KLINGMAN
   HASTINGS - Mrs. Ruby M. Klingman, 90, of 1059 Emerson St., Lake Odessa, died
March 19 at Barry County 
Medical Care Facility where she was a patient for four months.
   She was born Jan. 14, 1892, the daughter of Abram and Elmira Kime Thomas.
   She attended Ionia County Rural schools.
   On October 22, 1910 she marred Homer Klingman in Lake Odessa who passed away Feb.
5, 1978.
   They live in Lake Odessa until 1930 when they moved to Battle Creek.  In 1956
they moved back to Lake 
Odessa where she was a member o the Faith Bible church in Lake Odessa.
   She is survived by one daughter Mrs. Lester Leah Hand; five granddaughters Mrs.
Thomas Beverly Williams 
of Marshall;  Mrs. Ronald Wanda Yauds of Cary, N.C.;  Mrs. Morris Sherill Rausch of
Lake Odessa; Mrs. James 
Carolyn Humeston of Battle Creek; and 15 great grandchildren.
   Funeral services were Monday at 1:30 p.m at Pickens-Koops Chapel in Lake Odessa,
the Rev. Richard 
Sessink officiating.
   Interment was at Lakeside cemetery.
   Memorials can be made to Faith Bible church.
