Mr. Klopfenstine for many years lived on his farm west of town where he and his wife enjoyed their home and family. When his health began to fail he and his wife moved to Lake Odessa where they purchased a home on Tupper Lake street. The farm drew them back and about five years ago they moved back on their farm. Mr. Klopfenstine’s health has been poor for many years, and death relieved him of his suffering. He was a kind neighbor respected by all. The funeral was held at Methodist church, Rev. M. A. Dawson preaching, and George Kart and Wm. Chipchase with Mrs. Thos. Johnson accompanying furnished the music. Burial was at Lake Side.
