Ionia Daily Sentinel-Std. September 17, 1935

Mrs. Cora A. Knapp, 60, died at her home Tuesday morning after an illness of one 
year with cancer. She came to Muir 50 years ago and since that time had been a 
resident there. She was born in Stockbridge in 1874. 

The funeral will be held from the North Plains Union Church at 2 o'clock 
Thursday, September 19. Services will be conducted by Rev. Chester Barr and Rev. 
F. N. Drake. 

She is survived by her husband Arthur and one daughter, Miss Marie L. Knapp, 
Boston. The body will lie in state at the church from one to two o'clock 
Thursday.
