The Belding News, Thursday, August 17, 1905

Mr. and Mrs. Allen Knee of this city have the sympathy of the entire 
community.  On Tuesday, Worth, their five months old baby passed away as the 
result of a sudden attack of paralysis of the brain, and today Ione, another 
child about 18 months old is lying at the point of death with an attack of 
cholera infantum.

A prayer was held at the house this morning and the little body was taken to 
Belding cemetery for burial.  Mr. and Mrs. Knee are both fine young people, 
and this severe blow falls hard upon them both.
