Sentinel-Std. - Thursday, Sept. 14, 1961

Roy Knight, 67, of 739 Root street, Belding, died Tuesday in Greenville 
hospital after a long illness.

Knight had been a resident of Belding 48 years and was a native of Harrison. He 
was a welder by trade and a former Gibson employee.

Surviving are the wife Agnes; two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Benton of Belding and 
Mrs. Dorothy Potter of Lowell; two sons, Leon of Greenville and Sheldon of 
Belding and two great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Belding. Burial was at River 
Ridge cemetery.
