MISS EMMA KNOTT DIED TUESDAY

Miss Emma Knott, 77, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on Jordan Lake 
St., late Tuesday night.

She was a registered nurse and was employed at the State Hospital, Kalamazoo for 
17 years and was a special duty nurse in Grand Rapids before coming here six 
years ago.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs.Millie Garliner, and Mrs.Flossie Earle; two 
brothers James of Lowell and Harvey of Lake Odessa, nieces and nephews.

Miss Knott reposes at the Pickens funeral chapel where funeral services will be 
held Friday at 2 p.m.. Burial in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. M.H. Dawson will 
officiate.
