Ionia Sentinel Standard, 8 Sep 1954

Martin H. Knuth, 65, of Portland, miller at Runciman Milling Company, in Ionia,
died unexpectedly at his home Tuesday.

He is survived by his wife, Anna; two sons, Donald in the service at Fairbanks,
Alaska; and John in the service in Newfoundland; one brother, Herman of Arpin,
Wisconsin; four sisters, Mrs. Fred Bethke, Mrs. Otto Neitzel and Mrs. Louis
Tadise of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., and Mrs. Otto Blake of Minneapolis.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Neller funeral
home in Portland with the Rev. Mrs. Blanche Neller officiating.  V.F.W. will
have the graveside services.  Interment will be at Portland cemetery.
