Kohn, 70 of Belding, passed away Wednesday morning June 22, 2005 at her home under the loving care of her family and Hospice. Rosie was born March 2, 1935 in Ionia, the daughter of Ambrose and Martha Lehman Feuerstein. She graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1953. Rosie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and time spent at their cottage. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Rosie was a long time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was married on July 11, 1953 at St. Joseph Church to Thomas F. Kohn and he survives along with their children; Michael and Deborah Kohn of Belding, Douglas Kohn of Rockford, Mark and Kathy Kohn, Nicholas and Renee Kohn, Becky and Bryan Higgins and Julie Kohn all of Belding. Rosie is also survived by her grandchildren; Jason, Lindsey, Ben, Steve, Jon, Aaron, Kyle, Megan, Chris, Whitney, Caitlin and her sisters and brothers; Marge and Eugene McQueen of Belding, Joyce and Paul Wynne of Stanwood, Philip and Colleen Feuerstein, Robert and Ann Feuerstein all of Belding and Ralph Feuerstein of Indiana. Rosie was preceded in death by her parents. Mass of Christian burial will be offered 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Belding with Fathers CK and George Darling presiding. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Belding. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a rosary prayed at 8 p.m. at St. Joseph Church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Education Endowment for St. Joseph School or Visiting Nurse of Greenville.
