Mrs. Margaret G. Kohn, 71, of route 2, Saranac, died Tuesday at Sunshine
hospital in Grand Rapids.  She was born June 4, 1899 in Grand Rapids the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Tencate.  April 24, 1923 she was married to York
D. Kohn in Ionia and they lived all their married life in the Saranac area.  She
was an employee at AC Spark Plug plant at Ionia.

Besides her husband, York D., she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Elaine Olson of
Overland Park, Kan.; one granddaughter; and brother, Samuel Tencate of Saranac;
three sisters, Ida and Alice Tencate of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Elizabeth Kramer
of Chicago, Ill.

Funeral services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Morris-Roetman funeral home in
Saranac.  Rev. John Hancock will officiate and interment will be at Saranac
cemetery.
