Rev. R. A. Rook officiated and interment was in the family lot in Highland Park cemetery. Floral arrangements were in charge of Mrs. Lyle Essex, Mrs. William Joyce and Miss Margaret Tafel. Bearers were Herbert Rubach, Otto Tafel, Louis Stoll, Carl Ruehs, Martin Succop and Harold Holtz. Attending the services from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Jacobson and son, Roger, of West Ellis, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Stoll and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Stoll of Crystal Lake, Wis.; Walter Doscher, of Marengo, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Tafel and son of Chicago, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kosbar and family of Hastings, Mrs. Lena Ochterfield of Glenn Ellyn, Ill., and Lawrence Allison and George Allison of Detroit.
