Lake Odessa Wave 
          RITES TUESDAY FOR MRS. ELLA KOUTZ
   Mrs. Ella Koutz 79, passed away last Saturday night at the Ionia County Memorial
hospital where she had been a patient about a week. Her husband Benjamin passed away 
eleven years ago.  She resided on her farm seven miles northeast of town where they 
had sent their married life.  The grandson Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick Beckhod resided with 
her.
   Survivors are one daughter Mrs. Lulu Beckhold, a son Alvin, both of Lake Odessa,
two brothers George Wright of Ionia and James Wright of Saginaw, two grand and two 
great-grandchildren.
   Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 at the Pickens chapel with burial in
Lakeside cemetery.  Rev. Delores Lobdell officiated.
