NINA W.KOUTZ PASSES AWAY

Mrs. Nina W. Koutz, 70, passed away late Wednesday night at her home on Route 2 
following a long illness. She was hospitalized for 76 days and had been home 
about a week.

She was born in Troy, Ohio, daughter of Lemmuel and Elizabeth Wade, and taught 
school in Troy, Ohio, before coming to the local area and had taught in Ionia 
four years. She was also a tax accountant.

Mrs. Koutz was a member of the East Odessa Wesleyan Methodist Church.

She married Alvin Koutz in Grand Rapids December 21, 1927, and lived at her 
present address since that time.

Surviving are her husband; two sisters, Mrs.Marie Fey of Grand Rapids and 
Mrs.Ruth Faulder of Troy, Ohio, and two brothers, George Wade of Troy Ohio, and 
Aden Wade of California.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel. Rev. 
Glenn Miller officiated with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
