Upon examining the child the mother found a bad bruise on the side of his head. The wound was given immediate attention but the child steadily grew worse, until Sunday morning Dr. G.D. Allen was called, the little fellow a short time later going into convulsions passing away Monday morning from concussion of the brain. The injury is supposed to have been caused by a stone thrown by one of his companions, which struck him in the head. Funeral services were held from the residence, Wednesday afternoon. Interment was made in Portland cemetery. Additional Comments: Doyle was the son of Florence Richards and James Kramer, the family resided on Church St. in Portland. Findagrave Memorial.
