The Belding Banner, Thursday, June 15, 1899

Geo. Krick, son of Levi Krick, died Sunday at the home of his parents, aged 22 
years.  He returned form Dakota last April with symptoms of consumption and 
recently he was visiting some relatives in Stanton, Ionia and other places and 
contracted a severe cold which caused pneumonia.  Funeral was held at the 
house Tuesday afternoon.  Quite a number of Maccabee members were in 
attendance.  Rev. A. O. Carman officiated.
