Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 8 Aug 1949

Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Krieger of Johnson street were held Saturday
at 9 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul church with the Rev. Fr. John S. Fons
officiating.  Interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery.  Mrs. Krieger, wife of Amil
Krieger, died at the Ionia County Memorial hospital.

Bearers were Charles Kurnat, Kenneth Tombs, Bernard Selback, Frank Frost, John
Westrik and Joseph Supina.

Attending the services from out of town were Mrs. Alyn Harte and children of
Davenport, Iowa; Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Schwenter, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Schwenter,
Mrs. Mary Walker, and Miss Stella C. Warfield of Detroit; Mr. and Mrs. C.F.
Wadel, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Krieger, Carolyn and Bruce Krieger, Bruce Wadel and
Mrs. Fred Rochon of Ludington; Mrs. James Maddox of Midland; Mrs. Pat Beahan,
Miss Marie Beahan, Mr. and Mrs. D.J. Wadel, Mrs. B. Fredericks, Mrs. C. Futurer,
Miss Helen Kreuger, Mrs. Ida Yahnke, Mrs. Mary Schneider, Miss Dolores
Schneider, and Mrs. Minnie Gillis of Grand Rapids; Mrs. Fred Keifer of
Caledonia; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hughes, Albert Haines and Miss Patricia Hughes of
Flint.  Mr. and Mrs. William Wadel of Milwaukee; and Peter Lehnart, Hubert
Lehnart and Arnold Lehnart of Remus.
