She was born May 15, 1912 in Burlington, Iowa the daughter of Wesley and Hazel Langer Buser. Grace attended St. Paul Grade and High School in Burlington, graduating in 1929 as Valedictorian of her class. She worked for 1 1/2 yrs. at a transfer and storage Co. in Burlington. Grace later worked for 12 yrs. as office Manager for the branch office of National Cash Register Co., first in Burlington and later in Davenport, Iowa. In September of 1937 she married Ervin Heibner at St. Paul's Church in Burlington. Ervin passed away in December of 1942. She later married Charles Krieger in October of 1948 at ST. Mary Church, Miriam. Charles passed away on October 12,1981. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Edward in infancy on October 17, 1949, and Richard on January 19, 1997.She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church for many years. Grace is survived by her children, twin sons, Martin Krieger of Augusta, Michael Krieger of Kettering, Ohio, Raymond E.(twin brother of Richard) and Linda Krieger of Belding. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nicholas Krieger, Kathryn Krieger, Keven Krieger, Andrea Krieger, Erik Krieger, a sister and brother-in-law Maxine and Theodore "Pete" Feuerstein of Wyoming, MI and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Miriam (please meet at church) with Fr. Troy A. Nevins officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday with a Rosary at 8 p.m. at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding. Memorial Contributions may be given to St. Joseph School or the Alvah N. Belding Library.
