Mr. Krupp had been up and around as usual in apparent good health and had not complained about not feeling well. He had made two trips to the city Saturday morning and was reading his paper at the time that death struck him. His sister, Miss Amelia Krupp, who lived with him was on the rear porch and hearing a strange noise at once went into the house to investigate and found that the spark of life had flown. Mr. Krupp was born 63 years ago on the farm now owned by Albert Laux in Miriam and about six years ago moved to this city where he has since resided. He never married and he and his devoted sister, Miss Amelia Krupp have been constant companions all through life. Mr. Krupp was one of the old time big game hunters of this city and he had not missed a trip to the north woods in many years. He was the owner of extensive timber lands in the northern peninsula. He was also a stockholder in the Banner Publishing Company. His funeral was held from St. Mary’s church at Miriam at nine o’clock and burial was made in the cemetery there. He is survived by his sisters, Miss Amelia Krupp, who made her home with him, and Mrs. Mike Kohn, of Cook’s Corners. He was a brother of Henry Krupp, who died about three years ago.
