Krupp Held on Monday Franklin A. Krupp, 73, of 722 S. Broas street, passed away Friday evening at his home. The son of John and Susan Krupp, he was born here March 4, 1881. Mr. Krupp had been a tool and die worker for 47 years and had formerly been employed by Belding and Greenville Tool and Machine Companies. He was last employed at General Motors Stamping Division in Grand Rapids at the time of his retirement in 1951. He was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in this city. He was married in Grand Rapids, May 2, 1905 to Emma Host and came to this city to live in 1932. Survivors include his wife Emma; three daughters, (Marguerite), Mrs. Kenneth Clifford of Alma; (Catherine), Mrs. Ernest Woods, Jr., of Greenville; and (Ruth), Mrs. Wesley Riches of Masonic Ave., this city; two sons, Arthur of Elmhurst, Ill, and Glenn of Grand Rapids; one sister, Mrs. Carl Geiger of Smyrna and six grandchildren. The rosary was recited at Huffman Funeral Chapel at 8 o’clock Sunday evening. The funeral service was held at St. Josephs Catholic Church Monday at 9 o’clock, Rev. Fr. Charles Steves officiating and burial was in The Resurrection cemetery in Grand Rapids. Pall bearers were Albert Honson, Sy Dehn, Thomas Daley, Paul Moran, Harold Quillan and Gene Campbell.
