George Krupp, 76, died at 6:10 a.m. Tuesday at Greenville hospital where he was
removed Monday from his home in the Miriam district.  He was born in Otisco
Sept. 8, 1892, and farmed in that area all his life.  He was a member of St.
Mary’s Catholic church and the Holy Name society in Miriam.  His wife, Martha,
died 25 years ago.

He is survived by three grandchildren, Donna, Lois and James Elkins, who resided
with him; and a nephew, Dr. Christian Krupp of Grand Rapids.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s church with the
Rev. Fr. Charles Steves officiating.  Interment will be in St. Mary’s cemetery.
 Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Fales-Huffman funeral home,
Belding.
