Smyrna – The funeral of the late John Krupp, which was held in Miriam church
last week Wednesday at 10 o’clock, was one of the largest ever held in this
township.  Over 87 vehicles escorted the remains from the house to the church
where nearly 50 more were in waiting.  In attendance as mourners were Mr. and
Mrs. Hoffman of Grand Rapids; Clayton Krupp of Granger, Ind.; Mrs. J. H.
Roswell, daughter Louise, and nephew, Norman, of Elkhart, Indiana, near
relatives of the deceased.
