He was born on February 23, 1928 in Detroit the son of John and Casimira (Solak) Krzeminski. Raymond attended St. Hedwig Catholic School and served as an alter boy at St.Patrick's Catholic Church. He cared for and deeply loved his family very much.He worked for Ford Motor Co-River Rouge as a truck driver for 45 years and upon his retirement he was resented and proudly accepted an exemplary driving record award. He spent most of his life as a farmer which became a passion he shared with his wife, Year after years he enjoyed planting corn, wheat, oats, and hay along with raising angus cattle. Raymond loved all animals, with a special fondness toward horses and in his younger years enjoyed hunting and fishing. On October 3, 1953 he married the love of his wife, Helen Psioda and together they shared 70 years of marriage.He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Esther Nadolski, Genevieve Sheko and Emily Sheko. Surviving are his wife, Helen Krzeminski; children, Elaine (Larry) Sandborn, Cynthia Meyers, Timothy Krzwminski, Luke Krzeminski, and Julie (John Leik) Krzeminski; grandchildren, Andrew, David (Luci) and Katrina (Robert), Sara (Robert) and Mari; 8 great-grandchildren; siblings, Mary Gandreh, Tom (Donna) Krzeminski, Joseph (Elaine) Krzeminski, John (Dolores) Krzeminski and Rose De Young;several nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 29, 2023 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Portland. Rite of Committal will follow at Cemetery.The family received friends from 5-8 pm. on Thursday, September 28, 2024 at the Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E.Bridge,St.,Portland.The Rosary was prayed at 7:30 p.m..
