Daily Sentinel-Standard - Monday, Jan. 29, 1934

William Kuhtz, 75 years old, died Saturday afternoon at the Community hospital 
from pneumonia. Mrs. Kuhtz was born in Ionia and moved to a farm one mile west 
of the LeValley church where he had lived since. He married Violet Little, of 
Orange township in 1886, who died nearly four years ago. He is survived by two 
brothers, Louis and George of Ionia, a sister, Mrs. Katherine Taylor, of Orange 
township, and a half sister, Mrs. Henrietta Schweitzer, of Cleveland, O. The 
body will be at the Boynton chapel until Tuesday noon for anyone who wishes to 
view it. Funeral services will be held at the LeValley church, Tuesday 
afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Tuttle cemetery.
