Rev. B Mohr, pastor of the Evangelical church was in charge. Mrs. Kunkle had lived in Ionia since 1912. She came here from Blanchard. She had suffered two strokes. She was an attendant at the Evangelical church. Besides her husband, she is survived by three children, William Kunkle of Saginaw; Maggie Bishop of Trenton, Mo, and Melvin Kunkle, of Ionia. Miss Beatrice Kelly, a granddaughter, makes her home with them. She also leaves 11 other grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Belle Maynard of Chicago; Mrs. Elizabeth Wood, of Detroit; Mrs. Harriet Widrig of Charlotte, and Martha Egbert of Tustin; three brothers, John Fisher of Blanchard; Joe Fisher of Jackson and George Fisher of Marshall. Burial was made at Highland Park cemetery.
