Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 17 Oct 1921

The funeral for Mrs. Elnora Kunkle was held from the residence of Hiram Kunkle,
703 East Main street, Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  The W.R.C., the Lady
Maccabees and a representation of Pere Marquette employees attended in a body. 
The bearers were, Robert Trail, Charles Haight, Henry Alberts, John Fitzerald,
John Krueger and R. Redemsky.  The music was furnished by Mrs. O.F. Schmidt and
Miss Agnes Randall with Miss Shun at the organ.  Those here from out of the city
were Mrs. Humphrey of Detroit and Mrs. Egbert of Tungston.  Rev. Herbert
Stressman officiated.  The burial took place in Highland park cemetery.

Card of Thanks:  We wish to thank the many friends, the various organizations
and church for their acts of kindness and beautiful floral offering.  William
Kunkle, Miss H. Kunkle, Mrs. H.H. Humphrey, Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Kunkle, Mrs. B.
Kelly, Mr. and Mrs. Mell Kunkle.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was the
daughter of John M. and Isabel (Hamilton) Cunningham.]
