PFC. Leslie Kunzi Reported Killed in France

Pfc. Leslie E. Kunzi, 25, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kunzi of Muir, formerly of
Pewamo, has been reported killed in action on August 7 while serving with the
infantry in France.  Leslie entered the service in March of 1942 and went
overseas last February.  He was a graduate of Pewamo high school.  Besides the
parents he is survived by his wife, the former Irma Flansburg of Alma, a
brother, Clayton, who is serving overseas, and a sister, Norene.
