Lake Odessa Wave-Thursday June 25, 1966

Services held for Mrs.Lucy Kussmaul
Mrs.Lucy C. Kussmaul, 68, passed away early Thursday morning at Pennock 
Hospital, Hastings, where she was hospitalized for five weeks.

She was born in Sebewa township, the daughter of Daniel and Amanda Birman 
Collingham. She was a resident of Lansing for many years and the widow of Ernest 
Kussmaul, who passed away in 1949. Mrs.Kussmaul came here last August from 
Lansing when she purchased the property at Jordan Lake. She attended the Calvary 
United Brethren Church.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 11 a.m at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. Dean VanderVeen officiated.
