Ernest J. Kussmaul Dies At Age of 70

Funeral services for Ernest J. Kussmaul, 70, were held Monday, July 18, 1:00 at 
the Gorsline funeral home in Lansing with burial in Lakeside cemetery at Lake 
Odessa. He died Friday, July 15, in St.Lawrence hospital, Lansing of a blood 
clot on the brain.

Mr. Kussmaul was born in Germany March 29, 1879, a son of Simon and Katherine 
Kussmaul. He was married to Ella Mohr in 1905. She preceded him in death in 
1921. In 1923 he was married to Lucy Collingham.

Besides the widow he is survived by one son Mylo of Los Angeles, California, 2 
daughters, Mrs.Earl Ennes of Woodland and Mrs.Merton Watson of Grand Ledge and 
six grandchildren.
