The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, July 10, 1957

Vernon Ladow, 82, Belding groceryman for 20 years, died at his Belding home in 
Orleans township Monday.

Funeral services were held Wednesday in Belding.  Burial was at River Ridge 
cemetery.  Surviving are a son, two step-daughters; a step-son Clarence Martin 
of Belding, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
