Ionia Pioneeer Dead
   The Brown-Hall hearse left early this morning for Ionia, on receipt of word 
to the effect that Mark Ladow, aged 92 years, a pioneer resident of this 
section of the county had died at the county seat early this morning.  Vern 
Ladow of this city is a son of the deceased and he was unable to give out the 
funeral arrangements when we inquired.  Later---Funeral service will be held 
Friday morning at ten o'clock from the Brown-Hall undertaking parlors and 
burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery, Ionia, by the side of his wife who died 
45 years ago.

Hold Last Rites for Ionia County Pioneer
   Belding, March 6---Mark La Dow, 92, pioneer resident of Ionia county, was 
buried from the home of his son Verne.

Michigan.

Co., MI. #92 Died 3 Aug. 1879, age 36 yrs., 3 mo., 26 days, housewife,
Ionia City, father Russel Withy, mother unknown. 
Birthplace Sheridan, Ionia Co., MI., recorded 24 May 1880.
Son Francis Elmer "Frank" LaDow married my great aunt Viola C. Foster 3 Mar. 
1880 Ionia, MI., They moved to Grand Rapids, MI. and lived on Kalamazoo Ave.
Son Vernon LaDow moved to Belding, MI. and owned Grocery Store later part of 
his life.
