The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, October 3, 1916
Paris LaDow, aged 86 years, died Monday evening at 6 o’clock at the home of 
his son Bert in Ionia township.  He was one of the older residents of the 
county, having made his home in Ionia township for many years.  His death was 
preceded by a long period of ill health.  He is survived by his son and two 
daughters, Mrs. Charles Cornell and Mrs. Fred Henrisch of Lansing.  Funeral 
services will be held at the home on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. R. 
B. Chapman officiating;.  Interment in Highland Park.
