Ionia County News - Thursday, Nov. 5, 1936

Bert LaDue died Sunday afternoon, November 1, at his home 655 West Main street, 
after a short illness.

Mrs. LaDue was born in Carson City October 4, 1877, and lived there until 11 
years ago, when he moved to Ionia.

He is survived by his widow and six children, Mrs. Thelma Johnson, and Mrs. 
Decola Gardner, of Ionia' Mrs. Eleanor Hollingshead, of Butternut; Zenas and 
Douglas of Ionia; and Mrs. Doreta Grinnell of Middleton. 

Funeral service were held Tuesday afternoon, November 3, at 1:00 o'clock from 
the Myers funeral home, and at 2:00 in the Methodist church at Carson City. 
Rev. M.W. Duffey officiated.
