   IONIA DAILY SENTINEL-STANDARD, MI; Monday, April 16, 1956 , page 2:  "Deaths
- MABLE C. LaDUE - Mrs. Mable C. LaDue, 71, of 655 West Main street, died at
noon Sunday, April 15 at Ionia County Memorial hospital, where she had been a
patient for the past 10 days.  The daughter of Andrew and Annie Oyler, she was
born May 27, 1884 in Vickeryville and was married to Bert LaDue April 21, 1900.
 A former resident of Carson City, she had resided in Ionia since 1922.
    She was a charter member of the Women of the Moose.
    Preceded in death by her husband in 1936, she is survived by four daughters,
MRS THELMA NOLL of Ionia, Mrs Leanore Hollinshead of Sheridan, Mrs Decola
Gardner of Midland and Mrs Doreta Grinnell of Fenwick; two sons, Zenas LaDue of
Midland and Douglas LaDue of Lowell; two brothers, William Oyler of Carson City
and Harry Oyler of Debolt, Alberta, Canada; nine grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren.
    Friends and relatives may call at the residence until 10 a.m. Wednesday. 
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, April 18 at 2 o'clock at the
Myers funeral home with the Rev. Heath T. Goodwin officiating.  Interment will
be in Carson City."

- MABLE LADUE - Funeral services for Mrs Mable LaDue, 71, who died Sunday, April
15 in Ionia County Memorial hospital were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock
at Myers funeral home with the Rev. Heath T. Goodwin officiating.  Interment was
in Carson City cemetery.
    Bearers were Gerald Hollinshead, Gene Hollinshead, Keith Grinnell, Fred
Ellingsen; Ray Brown and Gerald Emmons.
    Attending from out of town were Mr and Mrs Arthur LaDue, Mrs John Donley,
Richard LaDue, Mr and Mrs Robert Stacey and family, Mr and Mrs Don Nestell of
Detroit, Mr and Mrs Keith Grinnell, Mr and Mrs Elwin Grinnell, Mr and Mrs
Orville Oyler, Wm. Rutherford, Mrs Vina Miller, Mrs George Whitmore of Fenwick,
Mr and Mrs Charley Noll, Mr and Mrs Jerry Hollinshead, Mr and Mrs Gene
Hollinshead of Sheridan, Mr and Mrs Burton Sherrick of Middleton, Mr and Mrs
Clark Christee of Flint, Mr and Mrs Rone Locke of Muskegon, Mrs Elmer Slack of
Crystal, Mrs Mildred Oyler, Mr and Mrs Charles Oyler of Cadillac, Mr and Mrs Wm.
Oyler, Mr and Mrs Ray Brown, of Carson City.
