Lowell Ledger, 3 Apr 1996

Douglas E. LaDue, aged 78, of Lowell, died Tuesday, March 26, 1996. He is
survived by his loving wife and dearest friend of 57 years Pauline; son Douglas
E. (Patricia ) LaDue II of Grandville; daughter Karen K. LaDue of Chapel Hill,
NC; grandchildren Douglas III, Daniel, Nicolle, Michelle, Denise, Christine,
Paula, Pamela, Jamie; two great grandsons; several nieces and nephews. Mr. LaDue
was employed at Rowe A.M.I. of Grand Rapids for 36 years before his retirement
in 1982.  He was a member of the Lowell Masonic Lodge #90 F and A.M., American
Legion, and First United Methodist Church of Lowell. Funeral Services were held
on Friday at the Roth-Gerst Chapel, Rev. Gordon Barry officiating. Interment
South Boston Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer
Society, First United Methodist Church of Lowell, or Helping Hands Hospice of
Ionia. Arrangements by Roth-Gerst, Lowell.
