Phillip Norman Lafferty, 72, of Ocala, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Aug. 10,
2005 at his home.  He was born in Belding.  He moved to Florida in 1988 from
Port Huron.  He worked as a metal worker and crane operator and served in the
U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by wife, Betty of Ocala, Fla.; daughters, Janice Laducer of
Ocala, Fla., Kathy Keeney of Belding, Marie Steinhaus of Ocala, Fla., Joanne
Harvey of Ocala, Fla., Donna Arnold of Anthony, Fla., Norma Lafferty of
Jacksonville, Fla.; sons, David Lafferty of Belding, Jonathan Lafferty of Ocala,
Fla., Benjamin Lafferty of Ocala, Fla.; sisters, Alice Crow of Belleview, Fla.,
Carol Rasmussen of Marble, N.C., Zereta Crow of Geneseo, Ill; brothers, Jim
Lafferty of Rockford, Hollis Lafferty of Rockford, Calvin Lafferty of Orleans;
18 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are by Hiers Funeral Home, Ocala, Fla.
