Mrs. LaFouche was visiting her sister-in-law, Mrs. Lillian Rhoades, of West Lincoln Avenue Saturday eve when she was stricken with a cerebral hemorrhage. She was born May 31, 1873. She lived most of her life in Marquette and the copper country where her husband had the new agency in the railroad depots of three railroads in that vicinity. Mr. LaFouche died about 12 years ago. She had been living in Ionia county for about 14 months, a year with Mrs. Pearl Taylor and the past few months with Mr. and Mrs. Keith Hildebrandt of Orleans. Surviving are a son, Robert, of Vicksburg; a sister, Mrs. Peter Whaley of Saginaw; a brother, Henry Stammers of Saginaw; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Lillian Rhoades, of Ionia. The body was removed Sunday afternoon the Case funeral home in Saginaw where funeral arrangements will be made.
